I enjoyed the hotel, the staff was respectful, attractive and competitive value for money. All in all impeccable location and everything else was brand-new. Awesome view of mountain. Plentiful breakfast, with reasonably priced hardboiled eggs, hot waffles, cheese, cakes and slices of fresh bread. Clean place and brilliant service: D

I enjoyed our stay, the staff were outstandingly accommodating and the location was absolutely perfect. Location close enough to restaurants, the eastern suburbs and Kelowna. Great service from the staff.
The bed was dirty, unfortunately.

The place is newly renovated and fairly clean, everything is just perfect, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff here is super-friendly and sweet. Need to be mentioned that it has high-speed internet access in the rooms...

We really enjoyed the staff and location. The queen room was good sized, had a heating system, a coffeemaker and a writing desk. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like de dutch pannekoek house, set within 20 minutes walk or so.
